In both these petitions same Management intending to start two different colleges is seeking direction to the State Government to take appropriate decision pursuant to favourable recommendation provided by the University under Section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

Without expressing anything on merits, we dispose of the Writ Petitions by directing the respondent no. 1 to take appropriate decision on the recommendations received on their own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.
