PER COURT:- 1.

The affidavit has been filed by the Accounts Officer, Education Department, Jalgaon. Paragraph No.9 of the affidavit reads thus:

"9.

I say and submit that the Director of Education, M. S. Pune has already submitted a proposal for implementing the scheme of "11 Sudharit Sevantargat Ashwasit Pragati Yojana" to non-teaching staff of private aided school to the state government for approval of the

(2) 56-wp-7370-2018 Finance Department, Mantralaya Mumbai - 32 and the same is pending for approval of Finance Department."

It is already submitted on the affidavit that the proposal for implementing the scheme of 11th Sudharit Sevantargat Ashwasit Pragati Yojana to non-teaching staff of private aided schools is pending for approval with the Finance Department and further that enquiry has been sought by the Government about the financial burden, if such scheme is made applicable from 01.01.2016.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to pass any order in present petition.

If within a reasonable period no decision is taken by the Government, liberty to the petitioner to agitate afresh.

All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

6.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

7.

In view of disposal of writ petitions, civil applications also stand disposed of.
