The Petitioner is making an effort to convey to the Court that Respondent No.5 is well connected and has caused an encroachment by erecting a permanent structure. The Deputy C.E.O. has already directed the Block Development Officer, in September - 2022, to conduct an inquiry and initiate action.

We requested Shri Hon the learned advocate who is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Latur to cause his appearance and assist the Court. He has appeared on request.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Latur to look into the aspect of encroachment by calling for a report from the Deputy C.E.O. in the light of his communication to the B.D.O. dated 02.09.2022.

Let the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Latur tender a report in deference to this order, in the third week of October, to the learned Registrar Judicial, of this Court.
