Learned Counsel for the Applicants have drawn attention of the Court to order dated 05.07.2024 passed in CA No. 6129/2024, whereby legal heirs of the Claimant - Sambhaji were permitted to withdraw the amount as allowed to other claimants.

In view of the said order, nothing surives for determination in this Application. Hence, Application Umesh

84-CA-6763-2025.odt stands allowed. LR's of deceased Claimant No. 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% amount with usual undertaking and further 25% amount by furnishing solvent securities/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
