Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded to the Education Officer by respondent No.4 seeking approval to his appointment on 18.04.2018 and the same is not yet decided and the respondents are showing this post as 'vacant'.

Learned A.G.P. accepts the notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Authorities will decide it in accordance with law.

(2) WP NO.7296/2018 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page 24, Exhibit 'E') is pending with respondent No.3, then the respondent No.3 shall decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
