Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Taluka Level Committee constituted under the circular issued by the Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, on 13th February, 2015. If petitioners approach the Committee within a period of six weeks from today, the Committee shall decide the representation and issue appropriate instructions in accordance with provisions of law, if deemed necessary, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation/application. If already decision has been rendered by the revenue authorities in the matter, it would not be necessary for the Committee to take cognizance of the application/representation.
