This application is filed, seeking restoration of the first appeal to it's original position, which came to be dismissed by the order of learned Registrar Judicial of this Court dated 19.3.2024, wherein conditional order was passed for non removal of the office objections. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that for technical reasons, the objections could not be removed within time. Now the applicant is ready to remove all the office objections. 3.

Considering this, the order dated 19.3.2024 passed by the learned Registrar Judicial of this Court in First Appeal St. No. 2809/2024 and Civil Application No. 2811/2024 stands recalled. First Appeal St. No. 2809/2024 and Civil Application No. 2811/2024 are restored to it's original position, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
