Having regard to the objections as are raised by the appellant - Insurance Company in exception to the impugned Award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount with interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

2 10753.2018CA.doc (ii) Balance 40% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. (iii) Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
