The learned Advocate for the original Petitioner/ Applicant submits that the prayer in Civil Application No.2522/2024, below paragraph No.7 for adding a prayer clause, is not being pressed and be treated as deleted. The Civil Application may be considered only to the extent of bringing the documents on record and addition of paragraph 10-A to the pleadings.

The learned Advocates for the Respondents submit that they have no objection for amendment in the light of the above statement.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.2522/2024 is allowed only to the extent of permitting the original Petitioner to add paragraph No.10-A and bring the documents on record.
