Learned Advocate for respondent No.3 / Bank submits a document to indicate that the petitioner has been granted 'one time settlement' and the matter is resolved between the parties. The said document is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner confirms the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Bank. He further submits that as the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.1,00,000/ in this Court in August 2018, the Bank can withdraw the said amount and adjust it as per the one time settlement.

Learned Advocate for the Bank graciously submits that the Bank would withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/ and any amount that may have accumulated as accrued interest, could be donated to the Ghati Hospital for the treatment of poor patients. 4.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.
Respondent No.3 / Bank shall withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/ under proper identification by the learned Advocate and the interest amount shall be transferred by the Registry of this Court with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti").
