The State Information Commissioner has passed an order under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act. The proceeding under Section 20 has still not been initiated by the Petitioner. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would initiate the proceedings under Section 20 of the Right to Information Act. 2.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

Disposal of this Petition would not be an impediment for the Petitioner.
