Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though, the present application is titled as Review Application, perusal of the prayer clause of the application reveals that, the applicant is seeking modification in the order passed by this court on 08.04.2015 in writ petition no. 4037 of 2012 to the effect that petitioner shall be held entitled for all arrears, all other financial benefits and service benefits including pay fixation from her date of joining

( 2 ) ca 12410.16 till her date of retirement.

The aforesaid writ petition was filed by the applicant, admittedly, seeking up-gradation for the post of full time Librarian from the academic year 1997-1998. Considering the contentions raised the relief so sought by the applicant was granted by this court. It has to be stated that, the petition was filed for the aforesaid limited relief and the same has been granted in favour of the petitioner. The issues which are now raised in the present application and the consequent relief so sought was not the subject matter of the aforesaid writ petition. Thus, no case is made out for review of the order passed by this court.

Even for the delay which is of the huge period of 410 days, no just and sufficient reasons are assigned so as to condone the same. In the result, application for condonation of delay as well as review application both stand rejected.
