The affidavit is filed by the management saying that, pursuant to advertisement seventeen candidates were present for interview. Under order dated 10th July, 2018, we had specifically observed that, as far as the case of the petitioner for promotion from the post of peon to assistant Teacher is concerned, the same cannot be considered and we had issued notice only to know the position with regard to the advertisement at page 27 Exhibit - D.

Now the affidavit is filed saying that, seventeen persons

2 wp 7416.18 were present for interview and one Vaishali Shriniwas Kapare is appointed under appointment order dated 14.06.2017 and her proposal is also forwarded to the Education Officer for approval. 3.

As the position has been placed on record, nothing remains for adjudication in the present petition. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
