This application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased applicant no.1/A Prabhawati Shantukrao Deshpande, who has expired on 24.01.2015. Death certificate is annexed at page no. 10 of the application. There is delay of 3707 days caused in filing the present application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and disposed off accordingly.
