This petition is filed challenging the order dated 22nd September 2022 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Nashik Division, Nashik.

Now it is pointed out that, this Court by an order dated 12th September 2024 passed in Review Application (Civil) No.196 of 2024 in Writ Petition No.14387 of 2019 has held that against such order, a revision is maintainable before the Registrar General under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. 3.

In view of the same, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Registrar General under Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act.

In view of the same, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

The Registrar General shall restore the Revision Petition No. 65 of 2022 disposed of by way of impugned order.

The parties shall appear before the Registrar General of Money Lenders on 23rd December 2024 without requiring specific notice. 7.

The Authority shall decide the revision within a period of three months thereafter.
