In that view of the matter, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A) and (B) subject to condition that applicants remove office objection within period of two weeks from today. However, in case of non-removal of office objections, order dated 10.03.2025 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall govern the proceeding.
