The present civil application is made in the writ petition which is disposed of on 9th August, 2012. In the present civil application also, the prayer is made seeking directions against the committee to decide the tribe claim, to declare result and to allow the petitioner to prosecute study. 2.

It is submitted that tribe claim of the petitioner has been invalidated and against that substantive writ petition has been filed by the present applicant. We fail to understand how the present civil application is maintainable when the writ petition is already disposed of. In the light of that the present civil application disposed of.
