This application is filed by the wife seeking transfer of the proceeding bearing Petition No. A-749 of 2025 from the court of learned Judge, Family Court Pune to the court of learned Judge, Family Court at Dharashiv.

It is stated that she is residing at Dharashiv with her old age parents. There is no one to accompany her to travel to Pune. There are Ethape
( 2 ) 944-MCA-196-2025 three proceedings pending bearing Petition No. 16 of 2025 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Dharashiv and PWDVA No. 15 of 2025 is filed under Domestic Violence Act. There is a proceeding bearing RCC No. 188 of 2025 filed in the Court of learned JMFC, Dharashiv. He thus prays for allowing the application.

Considering above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 6.
After transfer of the proceeding, the learned Judge shall try to dispose of the same as early as possible and preferably within eighteen
(18) months from today.

The applicant-wife shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments. If such adjournments are sought, the Court may pass appropriate order compensating the husband.
8.
If the husband makes a prayer to appear through video conferencing, such prayer be considered liberally by the Trial Court. 9.
