The petitioners are challenging notice U/Sec. 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. In fact, the petitioners can raise objection U/Sec. 13(3)(A) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to the notice and if action U/Sec. 13(4) is initiated, then the petitioners can approach U/Sec.17 the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

In light of that, the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners may take appropriate steps as are permissible. In that event, all contentions of the petitioners are kept open. No costs.
