The petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his nomination of his failure to comply with the rule 21 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Election to Committee) Rules, 2014 and to produce caste certificate at the time of filing of the nomination papers. Admittedly he failed to file it even at the time of scrutiny of the nominations.
