Mr.Badakh, learned A.G.P. submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, State has appointed Administrator over the School run by Walandi Bahuddeshiya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. The said order is passed on 18.10.2016.

Mr.Mukhedkar, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the order appointing Administrator is passed, however, the Administrator has not yet taken the charge. 4.

The State can only pass order appointing the Administrator. It is for the Administrator to take charge as per the order appointing

him as an Administrator. The petitioner may move in that regard. 5.

In view of the fact that the order of this Court is complied, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. 6.
