"(B) The Police Inspector, Pishor police station may kindly be directed to add Sections 307 and 326 of I.P.C. in Crime No.I-77/2014 registered in police station Pishor, Tal. Kannad, Dist. Aurangabad and investigation may be conducted accordingly."

crwp841.15 3] Since, according to the petitioner, offence was registered, we think, instead of entertaining the Writ Petition for the above relief claimed, the petitioner should be relegated to the remedy that is available before the trial court for the above relief.
