Learned counsel for the respondent objected the present application and prayed for rejection of the application. 3.

For the reason stated in para.2 & 3 of the application, delay caused in filing revision application is condoned subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), to be deposited in the account of Creche/Day Care Centre, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Aurangabad, today itself. Thus, the application stands disposed off accordingly.
