Since the appeal is already disposed of and the applicant is entitled to receive the amount, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Registry to pay the amount of Rs.69,625/- together with interest accrued, if any, till the date of encashment of F.D.R. to the applicant by transferring the amount in the savings bank account of the applicant as per the particulars to be furnished by the applicant. 4.

After making the payment to the applicant, the copy of order be sent the reference Court for recording the satisfaction of the award passed in the matter.
