The learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP agree that the petitioner would be governed by the order dated 06th December 2018 in Writ Petition No. 4035/2018. 2.

In the present matter also, the petitioner is claiming reimbursement of fees for the academic year 2011-2012 and 20122013. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated 06th December 2018 in Writ Petition No. 4035/2018, we pass the following order:

(b) The respondent shall verify the list of the students and their eligibility before making payment to the petitioner preferably within a period of six months from today.
