The learned Counsel for the applicants produced on record the death certificate of applicant no.2 - Kisanlal Bhagwandas Kalda. It is taken on record and marked as annexure - 'A'. The learned Counsel for the applicants would submit that since the applicant no.2 has died, hence, the Criminal Revision Application is abated. 2.

His statement is accepted.

The present revision application is preferred against the discharge application.
