The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28/02/2018 by which the Additional Divisional Commissioner has decided the first revision u/s 257 of the M.L.R. Code.

The Hon'ble Apex Court, in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [2016(6) ALL MR 468 = (2016) 2 SCC 213]has concluded that a second revision u/s 257 is a statutory remedy. 3.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of such remedy. If such revision is filed within 4 weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 03/07/2018 till the passing of this order would be considered khs/SEPT.2018/10609-d
as a good ground for condonation of delay.
