The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had initially tendered this petition on-line, which was registered as Writ Petition No.7108/2020 and which has been disposed off, by an order of this Court, dated 19/10/2020. Respondent No.2 has been directed to decide the proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Laboratory Attendant. As such, the learned Advocate submits that this petition, which was filed by way of a hard copy, would not survive.
