The petitioners have prayed for a direction to respondent No. 4 the Tahsildar, Paithan, to make available the old cart way through the land Gut No. 92 of village Takali (Ambad), Tq. Paithan. within eight days from the order of this Court. 4.

Evidently, the petitioners seek a summary order bypassing the proceedings which are pending before the Competent authorities. 5.
