By this petition, petitioner seeks to challenge report submitted by Enquiry Officer in pursuance to inquiry initiated by respondent No.1 / Moreshwar Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that findings recorded by Enquiry Officer are challenged in this Petition. He also submits that till date no action has been taken against petitioner in pursuance to inquiry report, but he apprehends that respondent / management would take further disciplinary action against him. 3.

However, the fact remains that there is no order passed by judicial or quasi-judicial authority which can be challenged in petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India. In result, writ petition stands rejected as not maintainable.
