Report is received from the 5th Joint Civil Court Senior Division, Ahmednagar. In the said report it is stated that due to non-cooperation of decree holder, warrants were not executed as decree holders not kept present panch witness for attachment. Thereafter, by order dated 14.08.2017, posted this Darkhast for dismissal order as the decree holder was not taking appropriate steps. Finally, by order dated 16.09.2017 the Darkhast has been dismissed for want of steps by decree

( 2 ) wp11072.16 holder and proceedings is closed. In view of the matter no relief can be granted in this petition as prayed for. Hence the writ petition stands rejected.
