The impugned order is dated 24.01.2017. No explanation is given as to why the impugned order is challenged in 2024 after long delay. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that independent civil suit is pending before the civil court against the trust qua the suit property. 3.

As there is huge delay in challenging the impugned order, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. However, this should not foreclose right of the petitioner as may be available in law in the pending civil suit qua the suit property.
