For respondent State. 2] The applicant is behind bars since 22/6/2015 in connection Crime No.3021/15 dated 22/6/15 registered with Kalamnoori police station, Ta. Kalamnoori, Dist.Hingoli for offence punishable u/s 7, 13(1) (d) r.w. Sec. 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 3] The applicant being Clerk in Tahsil office, is a public servant. A trap was laid by Anti Corruption Bureau on him on 22/6/2015, wherein the applicant was trapped while accepting bribe amount of Rs.2000/-. On 22/6/2015 itself the post trap panchanama is recorded by investigating officer. The investigation papers show that the investigation is complete except filing of charge sheet. The applicant is behind bars since 22/6/2015. In that view of the matter, I pass

A] Application is allowed.

B] Applicant Sayyad Anwar S/o Sayyad Munwar be released on bail in connection with Crime No.3021/15 registered with Kalamnoori police station, Ta. Kalamnoori, Dist.Hingoli for offence punishable u/s 7, 13(1) (d) r.w. Sec. 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, on he executing PR bond of Rs.25000/- (Rs.Twenty Five thousand only) with two solvent sureties in the like amount. C] Bail before trial Court.
