We are not inclined to entertain this application. The crime came to be registered in the year 2019. Moreover, the charge sheet came to be submitted on 25.1.2020 and now R.C.C. No 17 of 2020 is pending before the Court of J.M.F.C. Nandurbar. 2.

In view of above, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal application filed belatedly. The applicants are at liberty to file an application for discharge. Criminal application is accordingly disposed of.
