Therefore, the impugned judgment and award, passed by 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad, in Land Acquisition Reference Nos. 107, 115, 118, 109 and 111 of 2005 is stayed till final hearing of the appeals, subject to condition that appellant no.1 shall

ca8918.17 deposit entire compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, within 12 weeks from the date of this order, in this Court. In case of any default in depositing the amount, the stay order shall be vacated without back reference to this Court. 3.
