This is an application for recall of the order dismissing the petition in default. Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel submits that on 25.06.2015, when writ petition was dismissed in default, he had filed leave note.

Considering the reasons stated for non appearance of the learned counsel, the civil application is allowed. The order dated 25.06.2015 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 4899/2012 is restored. Civil application disposed of.
