The Petitioner desired a transfer on the basis of illness of her husband, who had undergone angioplasty in 2022. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that her husband has passed away on 27.06.2024. As such, she will now move an online application for seeking transfer from the category of being a widow.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Zilla

*2* 17wp6837o24 Parishad submits that the transfer period is over and transfers have been effected. Academic curriculum for 2024-2025, has commenced.

In view of the above, whenever the online portal is opened, the Petitioner would be at liberty to make an application for transfer from the category of widow and if she is eligible and considering feasibility, she may be considered for transfer prior to the commencement of the next academic year from June, 2025- 2026.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
