The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 71 days in moving this Civil application praying for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 16/04/2018, by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. 2.

For the reason set out in the application, the same is allowed, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit costs of Rs. 250/- (Rs. Two hundred fifty only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - CSR Fund") and shall report compliance of

this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on/or before 23/08/2018. Office objections shall be removed on/or before 23/08/2018. 3.

After the costs are deposited and all office objections are removed, the Writ Petition shall be registered and the order of the learned Registrar dated 16/04/2018, shall stand set aside. Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall be listed for admission on 29/08/2018. ( RAVINDRA V.GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
