Considering the fact that the petitioner submitted his proposal with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee on 18.08.2022, we dispose of the writ petition by requesting the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to make endeavour to decide his claim, as expeditiously as possible within four weeks.
