Heard Mr Sangeet, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

The submission is, the issue raised in the petition is concluded by various judicial pronouncements of this Court and the Hon'ble the Apex Court.

Perusal of the record shows that in Writ Petition No.2339 of 2000, filed at the instance of Tulshiram Ramchandra Bundelkhandi, Rule was issued on 7th September, 2001, making the same returnable within a period of two weeks.

Mr Sangeet, learned Counsel then submitted that the request for fixing the petitions for early hearing was also granted by this Court and the matters were fixed, but for paucity of time, the same could not be heard by this Court.

Considering aforesaid submission, the application is allowed. 6.

Post the petitions for hearing/disposal in the week commencing from 27th August, 2018.
