For the reasons set out in the explanation of the learned Registrar (J) dated 11.6.2018 and keeping in view that the applicant was also in deep slumber for four years, the said explanation is accepted. 2.

I heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. Learned counsel for the respondents oppose the application. In the alternative, it is prayed for imposing heavy costs, to be deposited for the treatment of poor patients.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed, subject to the following conditions:- akl/d

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2 - CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 5485 OF 2018 (A) The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- on/or before 13.8.2018 with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - CSR Fund") and shall report compliance of this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before 14.8.2018. (B) All office objections shall be removed in Rejected Case No. 203 of 2014 on/or before 20.8.2018 and then the order dated 17.2.2014 would stand set aside.

(C) Failure to remove office objections would result into restoration of the order of the learned Registrar (J) dated 17.2.2015 on 21.8.2018. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
