Since the Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No. 0145/2025 registered with Sengaon Police Station, Dist. Hingoli for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNS'), she has filed this Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS') for Anticipatory Bail.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the papers on record. 3.

It is the case of the Prosecution that, the Applicant and her Husband i.e. Accused No.2 - Syed Yunus sold their agricultural land and the plots to the Informant and the Witnesses and accepted money,

however did not execute the sale-deed and thus cheated them. The Accused No.2 i.e. Applicant's Husband was arrested and granted Regular Bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Hingoli by order dated 21.07.2025 in Criminal M. A. No.320/2025. The observations in paragraph no.5 of the said Bail Order show that, the matter was settled out of the Court and the Informant and the other persons executed an agreement and they got their whole amount and there is no grievance against the Applicant therein. It is further observed in the said order that, the matter being civil in nature and it was settled out of the court, the Application was allowed. It is submitted by the learned APP that, he has received instructions from the Investing Officer that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The Applicant was protected by Interim Order dated 27.06.2025 on certain conditions. The Applicant has cooperated with the investigating machinery. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Interim order dated 27.06.2025 is confirmed. (ii) The Application stands disposed off.
