Both the learned Advocates submit that they have got copies of respective applications. Therefore, the objection does not survive.

Present application has been filed by the Insurance Company for getting the delay of 52 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The Insurance Company intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal, however, there is delay. Though respondent Nos.1 to 4 are strongly objecting, yet taking into consideration the duration and the reasons mentioned in the application, liberal view is taken and therefore, delay stands condoned.
