Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice to the respondent. Learned Addl. Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondent. The petition is taken up for final disposal with consent of the parties. 2.
Considering the limited prayer in the petition i.e. direction to the respondent sole i.e. Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee (in short "Scrutiny Committee"), Aurangabad to decide the pending appeal forthwith and considering the fact that the appeal was filed before the Scrutiny
(2) WP-6823.2015.odt Committee in the year 2015, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition at the admission stage itself, by directing the respondent Scrutiny Committee to decide the appeal as early as possible and not later than three months from today. 3.
Needless to state that, the appeal be decided on its merits and the petitioner to extend co-operation to the Scrutiny Committee in early decision of the appeal within the stipulated period as directed by this Court.

As the direction to the Scrutiny Committee would only meet the ends of justice and would not cause prejudice to the respondent Scrutiny Committee, the petition is disposed of with the above-referred directions.

Authenticated copy be supplied to the learned Addl. Government Pleader.
