When this matter was heard on 20.07.2018 and 03.08.2018, it was expressed by this Court that the delay would be condoned subject to imposing costs of Rs.15,000/-.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent was to make a statement whether, the Respondent has deposited the decreetal amount in the Court.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The delay of 1677 days is condoned subject to the Applicant Company paying costs of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand). Since none is present for the Respondent, the Applicant Company shall deposit the said costs of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen

*2* 903ca9607o10 Thousand) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad CSR Fund" and shall produce a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 30.08.2018. Thereafter, the Civil Revision Application shall be registered subject to removal of all office objections on or before 07.09.2018. If any of the above conditions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and this Civil Application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court.
