Mr.Tope, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though Mr.Karad, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
