Heard rival submissions. The applicants / original claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 1030 days in fling the Cross Objection. The delay appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicants. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1030 days in fling Cross Objection for enhancement, stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay.
