The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been claiming grace marks pursuant to the government resolution dated 20-12-2018 in the 10th standard score for having participated in wrestling between 6th standard to 10th standard, she has not been granted grace marks for failure of the headmaster to put up a proposal with the District Sports Officer as is required by that government resolution.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is studying in 11th standard, she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition reserving her right to derive the benefit of the

2 WP / 7628 / 2022 same government resolution after participating in the sport while being in the 12th standard.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to take benefit of the same government resolution for claiming grace marks in 12th standard.

Writ petition is disposed of.
