Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the learned Collector in Case No.2023/GraPN/Kavi-483.

The petitioner was disqualified on account of failure to submit the validity certificate within prescribed period as per Section 10-1A of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner failed to submit the validity certificate and therefore she was disqualified.

Having gone through the order passed by the learned Collector, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 09.06.2023 passed by the learned Collector in Case No.2023/GraPN/Kavi-483 in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sudhir Vilas Kalel and others

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed. No order as to cost.
