We have heard Mr. Barde, the learned counsel for the petitioner. In fact, the injunction has been clamped against respondent No.3 by the Appellate Court in a Miscellaneous Civil Appeal filed by the present petitioner. 2.

If the orders of injunction are violated by a party, the petitioner has got a remedy under the Code of Civil Procedure.

The Civil Court is already seized with the matter. The petitioner may avail the remedy under the law for violation of the order of injunction, if any.

In light of that, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy. All the contentions of parties kept open. No costs.
